I doubt CeCi had a reduction last october. That would be right after her Holloween pictures.....right after puts us into the month of November!

Seriously, that's got to be one of the worst decisions she could ever make. I mean, she wasn't even ridiculously large-breasted either. She was ideally proportioned if anything.
Do girls really realise the after effects of that surgery such as not ever being able to breast feed their babies in the future, and having no feeling in their nipples ever again? I've never ever heard a good reason for reduction surgery in large-normal-but-still-normal cases such as these. Your back hurts? Do some back exercises? Guys look at your chest instead of your face? Stop advertising your cleavage so much then.
I just needed to rant.
